Student Exams
Dance examinations are an excellent method for students to monitor their technical progress and improve their standard of dance. The Syllabi used for foundation training at CBDS includes The Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) for classical ballet and The Commonwealth Society for Teachers of Dancing (Comdance / CSTD) for theatrical tap and modern jazz.
Undertaking of examinations and Awards is encouraged though not compulsory.
